Brian Fieser

Dr. Brian Fieser is a consulting psychologist, entrepreneur and educator. 

Brian has been engaged in the human capital software space for over 18 years as a champion for the successful alignment of HCM software, strategy, and business outcomes. Dr. Fieser has been a leading voice as both an internal business consultant and later as a founder of 3D Results, a global HCM Services firm dedicated to the integration of technology capability and talent management strategy. 

Brian has served on faculty at Loyola University Chicago in areas focusing on organizational psychology and leadership. Brian resides in the greater Chicagoland area.
